Victor brings a robust background in operations, non-financial risk process automation and AI-enabled SaaS solutions across industries including energy, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications. Most recently, Victor served as Group Head of Strategy and Regional Head of EMEA at Supply Wisdom LLC, where he successfully established a Customer Success organization, achieved impressive revenue growth, and expanded the company’s international footprint.

At Supply Wisdom LLC, as Head of Sales and Marketing, Victor doubled the company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) over consecutive years, led market expansion, and developed strategic partnerships with major industry players. His strategic vision and hands-on experience in sales and marketing, combined with his expertise in non-financial risk governance and controls, will be instrumental in scaling Check-6’s operations and expanding the reach of Rigor Insights.

Victor’s prior roles include senior positions at Deutsche Bank AG, where he managed risk control functions and played a crucial role in developing and implementing global risk management frameworks. His leadership has been recognized for driving risk management excellence and enhancing operational resilience.

Victor holds a TRIUM Executive MBA from a prestigious joint program involving the London School of Economics and Political Science, NYU Stern School of Business, and HEC School of Management, Paris, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Naval Academy. He is fluent in English and French and holds citizenship in the US, UK, and France.

As one of the company’s main leaders, JJ is out in the field doing whatever it takes to keep Check-6 growing and moving forward, from keynote presentations to business development, client coaching delivery, and training of new coaches. He also manages Global Business for the company’s biggest client, Chevron, and works with regional VPs on business development and product delivery.

JJ is a sports fan at heart, so outside of work you’ll often find him at a golf course practicing his swing or cheering for his favorites at sporting events.

Words of Wisdom: When you take on a new position, identify and train your replacement. That way, if a better opportunity for you comes along, you can confidently tell your boss who is ready to take your position.

Rob Peters serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Check-6 International Inc., as well as its foreign and domestic subsidiaries. His role manages the company’s global legal functions and all related matters, including domestic and international business transactions, global litigation, arbitration, mediation, and corporate governance. Peters hard work is why he’s been classified as an AV Preeminent-rated corporate counsel while handling an expansive array of legal matters both domestically and internationally.

Outside of working hours, you’ll often catch Rob reading, painting, or playing golf!

Words of Wisdom: We’re all terribly flawed, so don’t be too hard on yourself! And as the Golden Rule states, treat others the way you wish to be treated.

Vince Saportio, “Bluto”, serves as our Senior Vice President. His role maximizes Check-6’s operating performance on internal and external scales by building strong customer relationships and collaborating with other company executives to develop and set key performance and financial goals — along with the business strategies to profitably attain them.

As a Colorado Springs native, you can find ‘off-duty’ Bluto in the mountains chasing powder and skiing throughout winter, and road cycling, camping, or hiking during the summertime.

Words of Wisdom: When it comes to loved ones, time together is the most valuable thing you share with them. And when it comes to working, as you’re often juggling a lot of balls, the trick is to know which are glass and which are rubber – the rubber ones can be dropped when things are busy because they will bounce back later when your hands are free.

Jennifer Bickford serves as Director of Global Finance at Check-6. While she wears many hats, Jennifer’s primary focus is maintaining the company’s financial health through oversight of our financial and accounting departments.

When she isn’t working, Jennifer loves relaxing in warm climates. Sitting under an umbrella by the beach is her ultimate relax-time.
